Customer Service Representative
Description

This position will manage the day to day customer service across all products and platforms for the Teliax family of companies. This position will be the liaison between all internal Teliax teams and external customers for continuity in providing service. Will manage the process and procedure documentation (internal and external), quality assurance and accountability for all customer service aspects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and trouble tickets
  • Generate sales leads with existing customers
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, trouble ticketing and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
