Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures
  • Data entry support for the Financial Department
  • Ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Greet visitors
  • Providing general administrative support to employees
    Create and maintain a pleasant work environment
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front-Office Manager or Administrative/Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
  • High School Degree Required
